Guess what? I've been accepted into a new exhibition! I'm super excited to be one of the 66 artists chosen to participate in the fourth annual juried show, EMULSION, which is one of the D.C. area's leading visual art events.

The show will take place over a two-week period with an opening on Friday, March 3 at PEPCO's Edison Place Gallery at 702 8th Street NW in D.C. The closing reception will be on Thursday, March 16.

EMULSION is produced by East City Art, D.C.’s visual arts publication, led by renowned visual art event and festival producer Phil Hutinet.

This year's juror is Deirdre Ehlen MacWilliams, who works as Public Art Project manager for Arlington County. She previously worked as the public art coordinator for the D.C. Commission on the Arts and Humanities and for Weitzman Studios.

The show only features artists who reside or work in the Washington-Baltimore metropolitan area within a 50 mile radius of East City Art’s offices on Capitol Hill.

I'm super excited to be included in the show, and I look forward to even more opportunities in the future!
